Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst provides coordination and development of the CCWIS. The role represents the CCWIS project in user groups and management meetings, presenting technical and business aspects of the system’s functionality. The analyst participates in requirements gathering, change management, gap analysis, and deliverables, reviews and resolves help‑desk tickets, and provides actionable feedback. Coordination with CCWIS staff on training plans, end‑user documentation, program test scripts, and user acceptance testing is also part of the responsibilities.

Education Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any major.

Experience Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.

Selective Position Requirement (SPR) One year experience with MiSACWIS/CCWIS is required.

Location / Remote Office The office location for this position is 235 S. Grand Ave., Lansing, MI. However, this position has the ability to work hybrid (remote/office). Selected candidates approved for hybrid must complete work within Michigan. Employees will be provided computers; phones may also be provided. Remote employees are responsible for providing their own secure work location, high‑speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload), suitable lighting, furniture, and utilities.
