The Dillard House Farm Resort is a new addition to the Legacy Ventures Restaurants portfolio and will be an exciting adventure as we build on what the Dillard family has developed since 1917. This property is nestled in the Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. The F&B Team will support the Main Dining Room, New Brewery, Rock House Restaurant, and all banquet culinary needs. It represents tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities, and southern hospitality. PTO for full-time BOH hourly staff, plus perks and a family feel with corporate support. Primary Duties
Greet guests and assist servers in providing a high-quality dining experience Clear dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables promptly Reset tables quickly with clean linens, silverware, and place settings Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed Support servers in delivering food and drinks to tables Communicate guest requests or issues to servers or management Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Restock service stations with napkins, silverware, condiments, and other supplies Assist in bussing and deep cleaning during opening or closing shifts Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service Help monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs proactively Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of food and beverage service Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Physical stamina – able to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or dishes for extended periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Career Path
