Base pay range : $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Title : Senior Accountant Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – In-office Wednesdays and Thursdays) Compensation : $90-110K base only. Work Schedule : 2 days in office, 3 days remote About the Opportunity

3–6 years of progressive accounting experience Strong GL and balance sheet reconciliation skills A CPA license or active pursuit of one is preferred (Master’s degree also a plus) Not looking for “steady eddy” candidates—this role is for someone who’s driven, adaptable, and ready to take on more Friendly, mentally agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Public accounting and/or construction accounting exposure is helpful but not required Why This Role Stands Out
