Qualify + convert : Ask smart questions, set expectations, and close the intake to a scheduled inspectionspeed-to-lead is everything. Set up the job right : Capture complete details (loss type, scope, access, decision maker, insurance info) and book the right team / timeframe. Coordinate the handoff : Seamless transition to operations / sales; no dropped balls. Document like a pro : Log every interaction in the CRM, clean and complete. Improve the playbook : Spot gaps, suggest tweaks, and help us level up scripts, templates, and workflows. What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
