Why You Will Love this Job: Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Glendale, WI We are seeking a Total Rewards and Leave Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing US benefits and leave programming, while supporting ad hoc compensation and HR systems project work. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries and coordinate with third-party administrators. Track and lead continuous improvement of leave balances, eligibility, and return to work processes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and maintain accurate documentation. Design and implement Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition Programs To Attract And Retain top talent. Support weekly benefits related payroll items, such as benefits deduction reconciliation. Support annual benefits enrollment process and vendor coordination - sometimes supporting non-US benefits enrollment needs as well. Support job architecture development, implementation, and maintenance. Support US benefits and leave programming, with ad hoc support for compensation and HR systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams on budget planning. Develop communication materials for total rewards programs. Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data management and reporting. Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements. Oversee HR billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking for benefits providers and payroll-related expenses. Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline financial workflows. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, and HR systems. Background in leave administration. Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and benefits vendor administration tools. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
