Manager – Global Payroll at Rehlko Location
Hybrid (2–3 days a week in office) – Glendale, WI Compensation
$100,000.00–$120,000.00 Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global payroll strategy aligned with company growth plans. Design, implement, and oversee payroll processes and systems across all target countries for approximately 9,000 employees. Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws and maintain a consistent, efficient global payroll operation. Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing payroll team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Stay current with international payroll laws and regulations, mitigating payroll‑related risks and addressing compliance issues promptly. Evaluate and select external payroll service providers, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts and service‑level agreements. Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll data, generate payroll reports, and analyze data for accuracy and discrepancy resolution. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Lead payroll system enhancements and upgrades as needed. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance, developing and maintaining payroll audit procedures and documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 5+ years of global payroll management experience with a thorough understanding of international payroll laws and regulations. Application
