Why You Will Love this Job:
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days) in our Glendale, WI office. The Corporate HQ. The Controller is the P&L owner for the corporate headquarters finance function. This senior manager-level role partners closely with functional leaders and the Corporate Accounting department to drive cost efficiency, ensure forecasting and budgeting processes are robust and transparent, and develop best-in-class processes to deliver clear financial visibility. The Controller is accountable for accuracy in actuals and forecasts, efficient budget allocation, and continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting. Over time, the Controller will broaden their FP&A expertise to include a comprehensive understanding of SG&A costs across the entire company, beyond the corporate HQ, to better support strategic decision-making and cost management at a company-wide level. Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership & Cost Efficiency: Own the Corporate HQ P&L, collaborating with functional leaders to monitor and control costs while ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery. Drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency and optimize resource allocation. Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Corporate HQ, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all functions. Develop and maintain rigorous forecasting methodologies and tools that enable transparency and accountability. Process Development & Financial Visibility: Build, document, and continuously improve financial processes to enhance visibility into cost drivers and financial performance. Implement controls and dashboards that facilitate timely and accurate reporting to senior management. Accuracy & Efficiency: Ensure high accuracy in actual results and forecasting compared to budget. Monitor budget efficiency and performance.
