About Us

Performance Powder Coating is a commercial powder coating company. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date. Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end/year-end closing

Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Support payroll processing and expense tracking

Collaborate with management to provide financial insights

Customer service

Qualifications Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred: certification or relevant coursework in bookkeeping/accounting
