GENERAL FUNCTION The Trade Marketing Associate Manager reports into the director of trade marketing and is responsible for the execution of lens merchandising and platforms marketing plans to improve the consumer journey and internal processes. Besides working closely with his / her manager, the role is responsible for collaborating with sales, brand marketing, global teams and trade marketing peers to ensure flawless execution marketing initiatives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and monitor lens merchandising and platforms.
Support director of trade marketing in overseeing and managing trade marketing budget for all relevant activities.
Supports director of trade marketing in the communication with Sales and Marketing.
Provide administrative and logistic support for Sales Consultants and Sales Managers regarding lens merchandising and platforms.
Support other trade marketing projects as necessary
Effective immediately, OIG / GSA / OFAC Exclusion Screenings are now a mandatory requirement for all contractors supporting any brand or subsidiary of EssilorLuxottica and Eyemed. OIG / GSA / OFAC screenings must be completed prior to placement / start date. Collaborating with the Senior Director of trade marketing, they will craft comprehensive point-of-sale plans tailored to elevate EssilorLuxottica's premium lens portfolio and provide in-store support for ECP customers.
Success in this role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines, exceptional project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for effective project execution and communication.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle multiple projects, set priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Partner with global, product marketing, and sales teams for strategic business advancement.
Develop a comprehensive trade marketing strategy for lens brands, products, and programs.
Align key internal stakeholders on point-of-sale plans.
Support lens product launches and key initiatives through ownership of lens point-of-sale.
Ensure legal compliance of all point-of-sale initiatives.
Ensure the availability of effective collateral and demonstration tools to support the sales team.
Manage lens point-of-sale budget effectively.
Partner with marketing analytics to analyze and report on point-of-sale business impact.
