Executive Assistant
for a well-established, mission-driven national financial services organization. This role is onsite - starting remote and transitioning to in-office once the new corporate office opens in Hendersonville, TN.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison for senior leaders—prioritize requests, route inquiries, and maintain clear, timely communication.
Orchestrate complex calendars, meetings, and travel; anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Track leadership priorities and cross-functional tasks, ensuring follow-through and on-time delivery under deadline pressure.
Draft and refine correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations; uphold brand and confidentiality standards.
Coordinate special projects—often sensitive or confidential—driving timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Support daily operations, including calls, mail, documentation, and accurate expense reporting.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
Exceptional organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
Advanced calendar, meeting, and travel coordination skills across time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or similar) and comfort handling confidential information.
Compensation and benefits This position offers an annual salary between $75,000 and $80,000, commensurate with overall qualifications.
