Complete the PLACE Launch training program Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and activities following team standards Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications
Newly licensed or within your first year of real estate experience Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent communication and people skills Coachable and open to mentorship and feedback Comfortable with lead generation, follow-up, and technology Organized and consistent with time management Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude Committed to practicing scripts, attending training, and following proven models About the team
