Part-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

and help connect clients with our top-producing agents. You’ll focus on calling, texting, and following up with leads—turning conversations into appointments that grow our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, goal-oriented environment and enjoys talking with people. You’ll receive all the tools, scripts, and training you need to succeed, along with ongoing coaching and support through PLACE. Work remotely most of the time, with occasional in-person meetings or training sessions at our Colorado Springs office. $36,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Engage in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master lead generation and prospecting scripts Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments Identify and convert outbound sales prospects into confirmed appointments Assess leads to determine motivation and financial readiness for real estate agents Maintain and update the database along with productivity tracking reports Dedicate time to ongoing skill enhancement through training and script rehearsals Develop expertise in the local real estate market Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology systems Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the real estate industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive, professional demeanor Ability to work remotely in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable internet and professional phone presence Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to follow up consistently and track leads effectively Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate peak business times Knowledge of the Colorado Springs real estate market is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or real estate preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment both remotely and at our office at 25 North Spruce Street #200, Colorado Springs, USA About the team
