Summary
Join The Artisan Group, powered by PLACE and Keller Williams Premier Realty, as an Outbound Sales Assistant and help us expand our reach across Colorado and beyond. In this role, you’ll take the lead on proactive outreach—making outbound calls to potential clients, homeowners, and past leads to generate new opportunities for our real estate team. You’ll be the voice that starts meaningful conversations, uncovers client needs, and sets the stage for our agents to build lasting relationships. This is not a call center job—it’s a growth opportunity for someone who’s confident on the phone, organized, and loves connecting with people. You’ll receive structured training, proven scripts, and clear daily goals to help you succeed. The majority of the work can be done remotely, but candidates must live in the U.S. (preferably Colorado) for occasional in-person training or team meetings. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to generate and nurture leads Engage potential clients with professionalism and warmth Identify opportunities and schedule appointments for agents Maintain detailed records in our CRM system Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly outreach goals Yes, the majority of this job will be calling cold prospects so you must have the ability to create rapport quickly. Qualifications
