Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Account Executive/Quotation Analyst . This is a full-time, salaried, on-site/travel position that requires 25% - 75% travel (US & internationally). 25% - 50% on-site work required at the corporate office located at 3701 Holmes Road, Houston, TX 77051. Candidates should ensure that they are within a commutable distance to our facility before applying. This position will support the company\'s goals for growth and sustainability. This role requires a minimum of 2 years sales experience. Manufacturing sales experience preferred. B2B Sales & Pipe Support experience is a plus. Paid training. These positions are not commission-based; the team works together to meet sales goals. The right candidate will excel in a results-driven, fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys big challenges and teamwork. Good driving record, current driver\'s license, and reliable transportation required. Must be eligible to get a passport for international travel and OSHA clearance for entry into plants. All work-related travel is covered 100%. Key Responsibilities
Fully Paid Product Training on All PTP Products, specifically: Pipe Supports, Expansion Joints, and Bellows. This is not a commission-based sales position. You are paid for everything you work for. Account Management: Oversee customer accounts daily and manage contract signings through shipment/delivery Full Cycle Sales Management: Identify sales opportunities, follow up on previous sales, and develop sales relationships with customers Business Development: Create and implement business development ideas with the entire sales team. Visit customers in person, plan engagements, and participate in community involvement initiatives Cross-selling: Develop and use cross-selling skills to address customer needs Lunch & Learns: Build presentations and sales materials for customers Shop Tours: Provide on-site tours showing manufacturing processes Quote Follow-Up: Participate in the team\'s management of quotes Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve issues Travel Planning & Development: Strategically plan travel to visit as many customers as possible Stay organized with Sales Administrative Coordinator support Meeting & Exceeding Sales Goals: Collaborate with the team to meet objectives Cold Calling: Comfortable making cold calls to assist customers with quotes Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing sales experience is preferred B2B sales experience selling to small and large EPC firms preferred Ability to work on-site in Houston 25% - 50% Good driving record, valid TX driver\'s license, reliable transportation, ability to obtain a passport & OSHA card when ready Ability to travel 25% - 75% when training is complete Engineering or technical experience is preferred but not required Benefits
