Ready to make a real impact in cybersecurity? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will play a key role in growing the US presence. You will be responsible for a team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by taking ownership of the strategy and execution of your team. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager who has had experience scaling teams and helping your team to be the best they can be! Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr $200,000 OTE (60/40) Key Responsibilities
Forecast quarterly and annual bookings and help your team to achieve this. Identify new opportunities within the US market and create strategies accordingly. Recruit, retain and develop the Inside Sales Team. Drive the growth in the US: Close new business deals and expand the customer base, identifying areas for potential expansion. Track and Manage performance. Use data and analytics to track performance and decision making. Qualifications
2 + years inside sales leadership experience in enterprise sales. MUST have worked for a Cyber Security or Networking vendor. Track record of leading a high performing successful team. Strong skills in reporting, Salesforce experience preferred. Experience in scaling teams and inspiring them to reach the next level. Ability to travel 25% of the time within the US.
