Our Sales team is hiring a US Inside Sales Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Inside Sales, you will play a key role in growing our presence across the United States, building and leading a top‑tier inside sales team, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our network security solutions. You will take ownership of the inside sales strategy and execution for the US market, ensuring alignment with our business goals and delivering exceptional results. We are looking for an accomplished inside sales leader with a passion for scaling teams, exceeding ambitious goals, and pushing boundaries in the cybersecurity industry. Deliver Results in the US:

Accurately forecast quarterly and annual bookings, executing against these plans with precision in the US market.

US Market Strategy for Success:

Identify opportunities and challenges in the US market, developing strategies to maximize profit, revenue, and market share.

Build and Lead a US Inside Sales Team:

Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing inside sales team, focusing on building skills and supporting professional growth.

Mentor and Manage:

Guide inside sales account managers to drive excellence and achieve sales targets.

Drive US Growth:

Spearhead efforts to close new business deals and expand the customer base in the US, identifying key opportunities for expansion.

Track and Manage Performance:

Use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to monitor and drive performance, ensuring the team is on track to meet targets.

Data‑Driven Approach:

Use data and analytics to guide decision‑making, track performance, and optimize processes in alignment with our GTM team’s objectives.

Sales Enablement:

Create and/or improve sales playbooks, training, and enablement programs that scale for a growing team.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

Proven inside sales leadership experience in enterprise sales, ideally in network security or SaaS solutions, with a record of exceeding revenue targets.

Strong skills in using technology and accurate reporting to manage customers, sales cycles, and forecasts (Salesforce preferred).

Experience leading teams selling to enterprise accounts.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling inside sales teams in high‑growth or startup environments.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.

Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern sales tools, technology, and best practices.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for improvement and innovation.

Ability to travel within the US up to 25% of the time.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $107,200 to $115,600. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job‑related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.

Additional Compensation and Benefits : The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
