Its pipeline includes therapeutics for ophthalmic indications with significant unmet medical need, including presbyopia, cataracts, and geographic atrophy. Our lead asset, BRIMOCHOL™ PF, is designed to be the first and only combination therapy for presbyopia, with a PDUFA date of January 28, 2026, and preparations for a commercial launch in the first half of 2026. Tenpoint Therapeutics is building a high-performing field team to deliver an exceptional launch for our investigational therapy and to drive growth in the territory. What you will do
Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and relevant accounts. Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage. Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eyecare professionals, focusing on patient selection, outcomes, safety, onset/duration, and workflow. Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors; equip staff with tools that convert interest into consistent use; capture field insights to refine messaging and resources. Support practice integration: position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy; set expectations for value, usage, and follow-up; utilize starter resources and patient materials compliantly. Document customer feedback and insights and share with appropriate internal partners. Execute brand strategy and digital tools; support regional/national meetings and point-of-activities (POAs); share repeatable best practices. Adhere to all compliance requirements, including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales; pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience is a plus. Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred. Pharma launch experience preferred. Start-up experience is a plus. Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients. Currently have and maintain an unexpired driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
