Senior Aquablation Sales Representative - Salt Lake City/ Denver The Senior Aquablation Sales Representative is responsible for launching the Aquabeam Robotic System in the defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men with BPH. This role aims to maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems and exceed sales targets by balancing tactical field programs with strategic decision making while collaborating with clinicians, administration, and PROCEPT’s internal teams. Responsibilities
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area Work with the sales manager to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area Effectively communicate Aquablation’s value proposition to customers Collaborate with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to integrate the Aquabeam system at new sites and ensure ongoing commitment Develop an Aquablation plan for each surgical team to support independent use of the technology Drive utilization of the Aquabeam System by collaborating with surgical teams Expand the user base by engaging with hospital staff and thought leaders to cultivate a qualified lead funnel Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt AquaBeam’s system as part of their BPH practice Partner with Professional Education to deliver clinical and training support to physicians Build and maintain relationships with customers and KOLs within the region Identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships with Sales Management and Marketing Coordinate with Customer Service to meet and exceed customer expectations Ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time Maintain records in the PROCEPT CRM system for contacts and facilities Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues Adhere to FDA regulations and PROCEPT policies, including Sunshine Act compliance Maintain a professional and credible image with customers and teammates Establish credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required Manage travel and expenses per approved budget Maintain trained status for, and comply with, the PROCEPT Quality Management System Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of five years of medical sales experience within Urology or Operating Room settings Experience with startup environments selling disruptive surgical technology Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area Demonstrated leadership through professional performance or involvement in clubs/associations Ability to travel up to 75% Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal and travel within facilities Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Work primarily in an office environment; potential exposure to clinical operating rooms with appropriate PPE Compensation & Benefits
For US-based candidates, anticipated base pay is $110,000 per year. In addition to base salary, positions are eligible for variable compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off programs, among others.
