Overview
Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Business Analytics & International Business Development who will help support the global business and accelerated expansion of the brand. This position will work closely with regional, local teams and other global departments on business intelligence & analytics, business support and operational missions for the International team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality outputs in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day business intelligence support.
Own monthly retail sales report by market and channel, providing clear, actionable overviews to management.
Perform distribution, product and marketing performance analyses; generate insights and recommendations to strengthen market strategies.
Build and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to support faster decision-making.
Own Global pricing strategy and process under the leadership of the Director.
Support annual price increases from process definition, communication, analysis and alignment control to brand’s pricing architecture.
Manage assortment strategy by regions, markets and channels. Recommend optimizations to drive productivity and alignment when needed.
Work with international team on key presentations, including strategy, budget, brand immersions, international meetings and other ad-hoc needs.
Support other International team initiatives/deliverables as needed, including Brand Business Guide, etc.
Support select international distributor/retailer across key needs including launch planning, assortment management, day-to-day retailer requests and operational follow-ups.
Track distributor/retailer performance and provide recommendations to drive stronger results.

Qualifications
College degree required
Minimum 3 years of related experience (account management/finance background preferred)
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. advanced Excel functions, analysis tools as PowerBI), with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible way.
Understanding of financial and sales analytical processes, functions and needs
Strong proven ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data, explain analysis and make recommendations
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to work with and meet the needs of several departments
Must be comfortable and adaptable to an entrepreneurial environment as well as a structured, corporate atmosphere
Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset
Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable attention to detail
Entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitude with a 24/7 approach to responsibilities

Pay and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
