As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Why Liberty Mutual? Pay Details

position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role. Positivity. Flexibility. You will receive paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and a dynamic role that directs only warm leads your way (no cold calls). From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
