Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position Overview
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role. Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality are valuable. These qualities cannot be taught but can be sharpened and appropriately compensated when you join Liberty Mutual Insurance as part of our Contact Center Sales Organization. As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain a suitable work-from-home setup with a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet with a minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
