Base pay range: $33,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Lead the Way as a Retail Sales Manager at Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. What you’ll do: a customer-focused, goal-driven Retail Sales Manager who can guide the in-store experience, drive sales, and support both the team and our customers. Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their tire and service needs Sell tires, automotive services, and accessories that meet both customer needs and store performance goals Manage sales transactions, including retail, wholesale, and national accounts Assist in managing shop workflow based on service sales and staff/equipment availability Track inventory, stock tires, and maintain point-of-sale displays Handle opening and closing duties, occasional tire mounting/balancing, and ensure deposits are made safely Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and work environment What You’ll Thrive On

Valid driver’s license At least 1 year of experience in retail sales management Willingness to learn tire and auto repair tools and processes (we’ll train you!) Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and occasional chemical exposure We have locations in St. Louis, Columbia, Cape Girardeau, Longview, Cleveland, and many more communities.
