Location: Remote with occasional office visit We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing new commercial service agreement opportunities, targeting building owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers. Your main focus will be selling maintenance contracts for HVAC systems and related services to ensure long-term client satisfaction and company growth. Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify new commercial clients to sell HVAC maintenance agreements. Develop and maintain a pipeline of service agreement opportunities through
cold calling, networking, and referrals . Create customized proposals and present service agreement solutions that align with customer goals and budgets. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope while ensuring profitability. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal service teams. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or facilities services. Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling service agreements or contracts in mechanical industry. Formal sales training (Sandler) is a plus. Additional Details
