Base pay range : $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Recruit and Onboard new hires
Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Manage payroll and benefits for employees. ADP exp preferred.
Maintain up-to-date HR forms and employee files.
Stay current on employment law changes and communicate relevant updates internally.
Partner with the executive team to implement employee engagement strategies and long-term HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources and payroll processing (preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration
Experience with HRIS and payroll software systems
