The City of Phoenix Human Resources Department is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you'll serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, partnering with city departments to attract and hire top-tier talent. You'll consult with leaders on labor market trends, recruitment strategies, and compliance requirements - playing a vital role in shaping the city's workforce and empowering hiring managers to make smart, timely hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using the City's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job announcements, screening tools, and interview materials. Design and implement proactive, creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Advise departments on labor market conditions and workforce trends. Support citywide testing and selection processes. Build talent pipelines by engaging with community partners, professional organizations, and attending job fairs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as City policies and procedures. Telework and In-Office Requirements
Depending on the assignment, some positions may be eligible for up to 5 days of telework at the discretion of the HR Director. Employees are required, with notice, to come into the office at times for meetings or attend recruiting events in person in the Phoenix metro area. Salary Information Pay Range: $63,044.80 - $97,780.80 annually. Hiring Range: $63,044.80 - $88,691.20 annually. Pay Range Explanation
Pay range is the entire compensation range for the position classification. Hiring range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity. Internal Only
Please understand that this is pay grade 055. If selected, your salary offer will be based on the applicable promotion or demotion worksheet in accordance with the City Pay Ordinance. Promotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade increase. Demotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade decrease. Lateral transfers occur when there is no change to the last two digits of the pay grade. When there is a change in the first digit of the pay grade, there may also be a change to your classification or unit. Two years of professional human resources management experience. Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, public or business administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted. Effectively utilizing analytical tools and techniques to analyze information, conclude, and present findings clearly and persuasively.
