Key Account Support Specialist As a Key Account Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success. You will direct client annual review processes, work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to manage client business planning, forecasting, and joint business planning, and develop category review presentations and promotional plans.

Job Locations Lakeland, Orlando, Tampa, FL (Zip 33801), United States – Full‑time, on‑site.

Responsibilities

Revenue Budget Achievement

Research and implement strategies for clients to meet revenue and market‑share objectives.

Recommend actions for clients to achieve financial targets.

Analysis and Presentations

Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvement opportunities, and reduce competitive threats.

Develop and conduct negotiations to maximize profitability and maintain positive relationships.

Build sales presentations for key clients and recommend client‑specific proposals.

Client Key Performance Indicator Achievement

Analyze performance metrics of assigned clients and recommend improvement actions.

Suggest ways to improve business margin and provide actionable plans.

Strategize to maximize marketing spend to achieve clients’ financial goals.

Review marketing schematics on behalf of clients and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Data Systems & Reporting

Drive cross‑team collaboration among internal teams.

Analyze data reports to ensure financial performance meets forecasted targets.

Align across KAMs, highlighting key opportunities and challenges, and suggest resolutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports: No supervisory responsibilities.

Indirect Reports: No direct reports, but may mentor and guide indirect staff as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

1–3+ years of experience with grocery operations, promotional planning activities, and systems.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of syndicated data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Conflict‑management skills and demonstrated cross‑functional leadership ability.

Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexible and adaptable to changing projects and business environments.

Ability to complete multiple duties accurately amid frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
