Lead and supervise Payroll Specialists. Process and approve multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for salaried/hourly staff. Ensure accurate tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and garnishments. Maintain payroll compliance and handle audits and reporting. Administer year-end reporting (W-2, ACA). Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave. Manage payroll systems (HRIS/payroll software) and resolve discrepancies. Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting, HR, or Business (CPP preferred). 5+ years payroll experience, 2+ years supervisory. Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity), and multi-state payroll. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Seniority level
