Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, manufacturers, and farm businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, a proven ability to handle various account sizes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This position offers flexibility, with options for remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business alongside a team of three professionals.
Handle renewals, quoting, and new business processes.
Collaborate with support staff for administrative tasks such as certificates of insurance.
Provide exceptional service to clients in the contractors, manufacturers, and farm sectors.
Utilize EZLynx software for account management.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all account-related tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or willingness to be trained.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
