Family Law Attorney
to join their Phoenix-based practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and looking to grow within a collaborative and compassionate legal environment. Position Overview : This role is ideal for a driven attorney with hands-on experience handling dissolution, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, modifications, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. The firm is looking for someone ready to jump into an existing caseload and contribute meaningfully to a growing team. Responsibilities
Manage family law cases from intake to final resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials Conduct discovery and take depositions Maintain proactive communication with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate with support staff and paralegals on case development Qualifications
3+ years of family law experience required Proven litigation and courtroom experience Strong negotiation, legal writing, and research skills Arizona Bar license in good standing Desire to work in a client-centered, team-oriented environment What You'll Get
