Overview iRhythm is seeking a highly motivated, field-based Territory Manager to drive adoption of the Zio Patch platform across major health systems within a defined region. This individual will focus on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other relevant stakeholders to grow iRhythm’s presence and build lasting clinical partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, developing, and closing new business. Build support from EPs, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders. Target key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within the assigned territory.

Perform sales presentations to key prospects and customers to influence the use of Zio within the territory.

Consistently achieve territory sales goals and objectives.

Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.

Enhance iRhythm’s relationship with providers and systems through strategic partnerships with payer relations and billing teams.

Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within the territory and execute on those opportunities.

Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and breadth of product usage.

Utilize Salesforce.com to manage all aspects of business, including leads, daily activity, reporting, and timely feedback.

Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals; promote iRhythm as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; be adaptive, innovative, and a team leader.

Field Commitment This is a field-based role requiring approximately 4.5 days per week in the field and periodic overnight and weekend travel based on business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in medical devices.

Cadiology, electrophysiology, and IDN experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Highly adaptable, collaborative, and driven to exceed expectations.

Comfortable with travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend commitments.

Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems preferred.
