Overview
Part-time Brand Ambassador for American Eagle Outfitters (AEO). You bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience, and representing the company values with authenticity. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Responsibilities
Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, guest-first approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support the team to get the job done. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment. Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Loved AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Minimum age of 16 years. Pay & Benefits
Base pay range: $15.49/yr - $17.04/yr Actual starting pay determined by experience and location. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, and years of service; eligibility for paid leave and rewards may apply. 40% employee discount on AE & Aerie year-round (subject to seasonal discounts).
