About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and conversations
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
Promote and sell products to customers
Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management
Fashion, Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers
Team and Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store
Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other
Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for your role and development
Retail Operations, Visual and Commercial Execution
Complete garment handling from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow visual and commercial guidelines
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor
Support omni services and in-store tech tools, such as Instore Care App and Click & Collect
Assist with opening and closing of the store
Follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements
Qualifications
As a Sales Advisor, you’re passionate about fashion and what we create in-store

Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action orientation
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries
