We’re looking for an experienced
Enterprise / National Account Sales Manager
to lead new business development and manage key customer relationships. This role focuses on winning large-volume freight opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding AGM’s footprint across enterprise-level shippers. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new national account opportunities to grow AGM’s full truckload services Build and manage relationships with major shippers, retailers, and manufacturers Develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients Manage RFP processes and negotiate contracts with key accounts Collaborate with operations to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity Represent AGM at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new national and enterprise-level accounts Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize revenue Respond to RFPs and develop tailored transportation solutions Negotiate pricing, service levels, and long-term contracts Partner with operations and load-planning teams to ensure exceptional service Track pipeline activity and performance in CRM; deliver weekly updates Prepare QBRs and present performance reports to customers Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage Proven success managing or acquiring enterprise accounts ($5M+ book preferred) Strong understanding of full-truckload operations and freight pricing Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with autonomy Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required What We Offer
