Job Overview As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments. With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you continually demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program.
Responsibilities
Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory and fulfillment activities; and assist with special events.
Ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise.
Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department.
Engage customers with high-quality service, educate on products, and leverage clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches.
Open credit accounts and share loyalty benefits to acquire new customers.
Meet and surpass daily sales goals through exceptional service and effective use of point-of-sale tools.
Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience required.
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
Ability to provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for extended periods; lift at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; reach including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and handheld devices to process transactions.
