Seasonal Retail Commission Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry, Tucson Mall at Macy's. You provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments. With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. In addition to meeting sales goals, you will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and assist with special events. You will ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise and work with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. Base pay range
$15.00/hr - $19.50/hr Responsibilities
Promote our loyalty and warranty programs and support special events. Support inventory, replenishment, and merchandise presentation; ensure security and accuracy of merchandise. Provide exceptional customer service and consultative selling to meet sales goals. Build lasting client relationships and utilize our clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches. Open credit accounts and share loyalty benefits to acquire new customers. Operate point-of-sale technology effectively and process transactions. Maintain a shoppable space and keep signs and pricing up to date. Assist with activities related to events and team collaboration to achieve store results. 1-2 years of related experience required. Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools. Must be able to meet daily sales goals and deliver exceptional service. Experience with point-of-sale tools and customer service in a retail environment. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods; lift at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching above eye level. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
