Physician - Family Medicine at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Greater Heights. The Family Medicine Physician will specialize in caring for the physical, mental and emotional well-being of patients and families, across all ages (from children age 5 to senior adults). Family physicians diagnose and treat the full range of medical issues and coordinate care with specialty physicians as part of a multispecialty team. Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday–Friday from 8a to 5p, including new patients and corporate physicals Participate in the Family Medicine Call group; on-call about once per month (weekday or weekend). Weekend calls are shared with another physician and involve answering patient phone calls Perform annual physicals and wellness exams Provide preventive medicine services Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD, DO) Accredited Family Medicine Residency Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified or Board Eligible Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency Compensation and Benefits
Compensation generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and productivity. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (eligibility requirements apply).
