The City of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hiring an individual to perform full-performance professional work coordinating the training and development program for field operations staff at Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS).
Here is what you can expect to do:
Develop, deliver, and track technical, safety, regulatory, and operational training.
Oversee workplace injury and vehicle accident reporting.
Collaborate with supervisors and safety professionals across operational disciplines to develop and deliver operational training.
Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to support workforce development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Five years of related experience with at least two years of experience in one of the following areas: safety program development, program leadership, regulatory compliance, safety training, or operations coordination.
Related experience may include equipment maintenance training, operations training, reporting and logging safety incidents, and reviewing and revising operating manuals.
Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver’s License or equivalent out of state driver’s license. Suspensions for parking related offenses are excluded.
Two years of post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in adult learning, workforce development, field training or a related field can substitute for up to two years of experience.
