Talent Coordinator (Entry Level) , you\'ll be the right hand to our team on the ground—supporting the CEO, creators, and campaign operations across events, travel, shoots, and day-to-day execution. This is not a traditional assistant role—it’s an early-career opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a full-fledged

Talent Manager or Campaign Coordinator . You’ll work closely with creators, brand partners, and our internal team—often representing Juggernaut in-person or on calls—and will play a critical role in keeping projects moving with polish, clarity, and professionalism. Manage and triage executive email and follow-ups Attend meetings and live events to take notes, run point, and represent the team Coordinate influencer campaigns and deliverables Track deadlines, assets, invoices, and payments Use HubSpot to manage communications and pipelines Liaise with virtual assistants and delegate repeatable tasks Handle occasional errands and logistics (including shipping and travel prep) Travel for shoots, experiences, or meetings—be available to work on-the-go Provide on-site support during shoots or creator experiences (think: second pair of hands) Qualifications

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-trust environments Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, or willing to learn fast Able to problem-solve and keep things moving when plans shift Based in or near Los Angeles, with ability to travel occasionally Professional presence—this role involves client and creator interaction Interested in long-term growth into Talent Management or Campaign Strategy Seniority level
