Congress Street, Portland, Maine 04102
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (consistent schedule)

Our busy pediatric specialty office is seeking a
dedicated, compassionate, and detail‑oriented Patient Service Specialist
to join our close‑knit group of professionals. This is a front‑facing, patient‑focused role that is essential to the success of our clinic and the experience of our patients.
Responsibilities
Greeting patients and families
Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow‑ups
Managing patient records and verifying insurance
Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
