Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (consistent schedule)

dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist

to join our close-knit group of professionals. This is a front-facing, patient-focused role that is essential to the success of our clinic and the experience of our patients. As part of our fast-paced, high-energy practice, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and patient support duties, including: Greeting patients and families

Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups

Managing patient records and verifying insurance

Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Six months of medical office experience required. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills. Additional Information
