Overview
ANB Bank seeks Banking Officer III, IV, or V for Avon or Eagle, Colorado. This exempt full-time position originates, processes, and services the credit needs of businesses, consumers, and professionals within the marketplace, and maintains and solicits related depository accounts and other fee-generating services. The role provides support to retail and Treasury Management functions and requires a working knowledge of all operational functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Servicing the credit needs of customers and prospects, including site visits, obtaining financial and other information, performing or coordinating credit analysis, presenting loans, and seeking approval from the Bank Loan Committee where required; negotiating terms and documentation (rates, collateral, guarantees, loan agreements, etc.). Ongoing administration and review of credit, including monitoring and grading until ultimate collection. Detecting potential problems and applying problem loan administration techniques. Assuming responsibility for loans regardless of committee approval, with high reliance on the loan officer's judgment. Managing a commercial loan portfolio, including credit quality, adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, and management of past-due status; portfolio may include consumer credits. Providing oversight and guidance to commercial and consumer banking officers in collaboration with Community Bank Presidents. Acting as relationship manager for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of service problems across bank products. Expanding the customer base through networking and sales activities; soliciting business from both borrowing and non-borrowing customers; maintaining product knowledge to generate credit, deposit, and fee revenue. Participating in community involvement activities to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation. Delivering service quality as defined by department standards. Maintaining National Mortgage Licensing Systems (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and current compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other banking regulations. Maintaining knowledge of retail and treasury management banking functions and providing support as needed, including transaction and exception approvals (deposits, wires, temporary limit increases, etc.). Making referrals to the Financial Services department for clients seeking investment options not provided by the Bank. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience
Banking Officer III
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial lending; strong relationship management, business development, credit analysis, credit presentation, and underwriting skills; capable of managing a loan portfolio of generally larger and more complex commercial credits (roughly $10M–$30M) and a possible consumer loan portfolio; performed with minimal supervision. Banking Officer IV
Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent combination of education and experience; highly developed skills in relationship management, credit analysis, presentation, and underwriting; portfolio typically $10M–$50M; may mentor lower-level Officers and supervise staff. Banking Officer V
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent; highly developed skills in relationship management, credit analysis, presentation, and underwriting; portfolio typically $20M–$70M; may mentor subordinates and oversee complex credits. Seniorities and Status

Base pay ranges: $90,000.00 – $138,000.00 per year, with an annual cost-of-living adjustment of 20%. Breakdown by level: Banking Officer III: $90,000.00 – $108,000.00 Banking Officer IV: $96,000.00 – $120,000.00 Banking Officer V: $108,000.00 – $138,000.00 The hiring pay range is commensurate with relevant experience and education.
