Restaurant Front of House / Service Manager at O'Charley's. Responsible for restaurant operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that every guest who visits receives excellent service and maintains high standards. Responsibilities

Provide direction, training and coaching to team members while understanding and demonstrating O'Charley's standards, policies and procedures, the Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and the Mission of focusing on our guests, each other, our stakeholders and the communities in which we do business. Demonstrate O'Charley's Values: Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance and Ethics. Lead front of house / service teams and collaborate with the restaurant management team to drive operations and guest satisfaction. Drive and build sales and profitability, ensuring that each guest's dining experience meets expectations for service and standards. Qualifications

At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team. General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions. Benefits
