Restaurant Front of House / Service Manager
O'Charley’s is hiring for the Restaurant Front of House / Service Manager role. You will be responsible for restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability and ensuring that each guest who visits delivers an outstanding dining experience with excellent service and standards.
Responsibilities
Provide direction, training and coaching to team members while understanding and demonstrating O’Charley’s standards, policies and procedures, the Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and our Mission of focusing on our guests, each other, our stakeholders and the communities in which we do business.
Manage front of house / service operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and adherence to company values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance and Ethics.
Drive and build sales and profitability through effective leadership, scheduling, and execution of service standards.
Work with the restaurant management team to oversee shifts, optimize operations, and support a winning team culture.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team.
General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions.
