Responsibilities

Generate 1–3 daily video ideas with hooks, context, and filming direction Create content series and recurring arcs (e.g., Part 5) Research hot takes, trends, and cultural moments to spin for the audience Write prompts like “stitch this video and say X” Pitch 2–3 new content series each month aligned with the brand Repurpose podcast clips and email content into short-form prompts Organize all ideas and assets in ClickUp or Notion Test hooks and directions for paid ads and evergreen campaigns

About You

You’re chronically online with an understanding of niche references and trending jokes. You know how to twist trends to make content pop. You thrive generating content ideas for others and helping creators express a strong voice and point of view. You are confident in suggesting directions, organized, and enjoy watching ideas go viral.

Compensation

This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role. You’ll have control over your schedule and hours, but you’ll deliver daily content ideas Monday through Friday (1–3 ideas per day, organized and ready to film). Compensation: flat fee of $1,000 per month for up to 20 hours per month, with overtime rate of $50/hour beyond 20 hours.
