Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success / Inside Sales Representative located in Houston, TX. The Representative will handle day-to-day tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and social media channels

Enter and manage orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and daily fulfillment

Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to support customer needs and resolve issues

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns

Manage and process claims with timely follow-up and resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses

Assist with dealer onboarding, account follow-ups, and support requests

Help identify and escalate potential issues to management as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with basic computer systems, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM/ERP tools

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, aftermarket installers, or protective films is a plus.
