Danfoss . Danfoss, a global leader in HVAC/R, Industrial Automation, and Motion Controls, has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager in its Food Retail business segment. This individual will be responsible for growing sales and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts, with end‑to‑end responsibility of sales pursuits. Responsibilities include working across all departments including senior leadership at existing and new customers, and leveraging resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins. This is a fully remote position. Ideally, you would be located in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas or Louisiana. We will not offer sponsorship or relocation for this position. What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth Develop new business at existing key accounts Develop new business at non‑Danfoss accounts in their designated region Develop relationships at C‑suite level with existing and new key accounts Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings Communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth Responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss value proposition Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience More than five years of sales experience Strong business acumen C‑Level management experience Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries Ability to work with and through others in a matrixed organization Salesforce or equivalent experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Good command of the English language Ability to travel up to 60%
