Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced, dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality. This position leads hotel operations, drives guest satisfaction, and manages team performance in alignment with brand standards and financial goals. Benefits

Salary: Dependent on experience, $70,000 - $80,000. Daily Pay Access: Flexible pay options to access your earnings when you need them. Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members. Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results. Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, address guest concerns promptly, and manage guest reviews to uphold review standards. Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L to facilitate successful hotel operations. Sales & Marketing: Network within the local community to promote the property, build relationships with local organizations and key clients, and lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping as needed and complete laundry and public space duties; flexible to cover shifts as required. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for property and guests. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

Valid Driver's License. 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager. Proficient computer skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proactive and decisive in solving problems. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements

Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
