JobSummary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes) to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations required.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
Make adjustments to machine settings to improve quality or efficiency as needed.
Document production activities and complete necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship in machining preferred.
4+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Skilled in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
Basic knowledge of G‑code and CNC programming is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
