About the Role We are seeking an experienced first shift CNC Machinist/Programmer. The Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, utilizing machining techniques to produce high‑quality components. Responsibilities

Program CNC lathes using Mastercam and G‑Code. Set up and operate CNC engine lathes with Fanuc controls. Machine metal parts with tight tolerances (up to +/- .001"). Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Repair steel or aluminum cores using CNC lathes. Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers. Maintain focus on quality output. Qualifications

3+ years CNC setup and operation experience. Experience with G‑Code and Mastercam required. Ability to use precision measuring equipment and strong math skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Proficiencies
