Overview AUTOKINITON is seeking a Tool and Die Manager to join our high-performance team at our Lebanon, TN location. This full-time, regular/at-will management position is integral to driving success for the world's top auto manufacturers. As a Tool and Die Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, maintenance, and repair of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. You will ensure that all tooling meets or exceeds quality and production requirements, and you will work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Manager to align tooling processes with company goals. Your role will involve leading a team of skilled trades associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to the development of high-strength structural components and precision stamping assemblies. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
